This feature enables you to manage and sync product quantities effectively between Shopify and Amazon.
1. Access the "Inventory" Tab
The Inventory tab allows you to manage and sync products between Shopify and Amazon. Here, you can view matched products (Linked Items) and perform actions such as updating quantities, managing synchronization, or disabling sync for specific items.

2. Sync Product Quantities to Amazon
Set Send Quantity Percentage
This feature allows you to control the percentage of your product quantities sent to Amazon.
- Example : If your Shopify inventory has 100 products and you set the percentage to 70%, then 70 products will be sent to Amazon.
By default, the Amazon Easy Sync App sends 100% of your Shopify inventory to Amazon. If you want to avoid overselling or manage stock between your Shopify store and Amazon, you can decrease this percentage using the slider located in the top right corner of the Inventory tab.
After adjusting the percentage, click the Update button to apply the changes.
Once updated, the quantity on Amazon will automatically reflect your changes.

Automatic Updates : Active products will automatically update every day. To turn off automatic updates for a specific product, select that product and click Disable Products . (For more details, see Guide 1: Inventory Management .)

Sync All Products : If you want to synchronize all products to Amazon, click Send All to Amazon . To cancel synchronization for all products, click Disable All Products .
3. Sync Configuration for Each Connection
As mentioned in Connect Guide 2 under the Marketplaces section ( Connect Guide 2: Check, edit, activate and change Marketplaces) , you can configure sync settings differently for each connection (region).
- Click on Settings under the Connect tab to choose or change your Amazon linking method.
