In the Amazon Sync tab you’ll be able to import your Amazon FBA and FBM products to PrestaShop, and sync their information, either manually or automatically.
How does this benefit you?:
This will help you:
- Manage the display of your Amazon products in PrestaShop.
- Filter out the products you don't want synced.
- And, automate the sync of your product’s information.
Filters Tab:
The Filters tab allows you to enable your Prestashop products to be automatically synced from Amazon.
But first you’ll have to enable automatic synchronization.
Go to the AMT configuration panel:
- Go to Quick Access => click on ToolE- AMT
- Go to “Scheduled Tasks” and enable “Sync Products From Amazon” => Select your Frequency and Save your settings
- After a short while, you should see all of your Amazon Products in the filters tab. You’ll be able to filter them by Products, Manufacturer, Supplier and Category. The products that will be synced automatically will display a green checkmark in the Amazon Sync and FBA Sync. If you don’t want some product to be synced for FBA orders or to be synced in general, you can disable them by clicking on the checkmark.
Amazon Sync Tab
- In the Amazon Sync Tab you’ll be able to manually import and sync your Amazon Products.
- Go to Manual Sync, then click on Sync offers.
- This will fetch all of your Amazon Products and present them in the Imported Orders Tab.
- If a products displays “unavailable” in the mapping section it means its not imported. If the product displays a NO in the sync section it means its not synced. If this is the case, you need to do one extra step.
- Go to the toggle on the right and click on “Import Product”. Afterwards, you’ll be able to click on Sync Product to finish the syncing process.
- Do this for all of your products that are not in green, and you are good to go.
FBA Sync Tab
- Finally, the fba tab is quite similar to the previous one, but for syncing products with FBA available.
- Again, click in the Manual Sync and then Sync offers to see the products. Then manage them in the imported orders tab, the same way you did before.
