AMT: Setup Amazon Carrier Mapping

Carrier Mapping is a method of setting rules to determine which service an order should use to create a shipping label. Carrier mappings are created by selecting a customer's incoming Ship Method and directing it to the one used on Amazon Seller Central.

Here we’ll show you how to set up a carrier mapping.

Go to Module configuration

• Go to "Module Manager" then go to the "Configuration" page of "ToolE - Amazon Market Tool" module

• Click "Orders" tab

Mapping Carrier

• Click "+" button on the right of "Carriers for incoming orders" Select the Amazon Carrier you want to map on the left.

• Select the Prestashop Carrier you want to map with the Amazon Carrier you just selected in the "NON ACCESS POINT" AND "ACCESS POINT" section.

• Click "Save Settings".

Fallback Carrier

If no match is found in the carrier mapping, the system will automatically assign a default Prestashop carrier to keep order processing smooth.
