At the bottom of the page, you will find an additional ToolE section, it includes:

• Amazon Order ID
• Order status
• Marketplace ID + Sales channel
• Shipping information
• Order customization (if any)

Fulfill

If the order is fulfilled by you, after ship to the buyer, use this action to update fulfillment details to Amazon.

This action is available when:

• Amazon order is unshipped or partial shipped.
• This order state (PS) matches the configuration. 
• Prestashop order should have tracking number.
• Outgoing carrier mapping should include this order's carrier. 

Cancel

Cancel order in both Prestashop and Amazon.

This action is available when:

• Amazon order is different from canceled.
• This order state (PS) matches the configuration.
