The Properties Tab.

In the properties tab you’ll see your linked properties and you’ll be able to manage all of the elements related to your properties.

Before clicking on a property, let's review the tabs on the top. We’ll leave the "Properties" tab for the end, since its related to all the other properties. Lets start whith the "Property Extras" tab.

Property extras 

In property extras you’ll be able to create extra services which you can offer. 

• Click on the new property extra and fill in the info of the extra service you want to offer. We’ll show you how to apply these extras to your rent offers later on. 

Property types

In property types you’ll see the different types of property that you can use to define your property. You’ll see some that we have already created by default, but you can add some new ones if you want.

Click on add new property type. Here you’ll be able to put a name to this property type, define its renting type, if it allows children or not, and if you charge by hour, day, month, etc…

Property areas

Here you can define the general area where your property will be. This setting its necesarry to properly set the "Location" latter on.

Property Amenites

To add an amenities, click on "Add Property Amenities". Here you’ll be able to define the amenities and save it. We’ll show you how to apply this to your rent offers later on.

Properties 

• Finally, in the Properties tab you'll be able to manage all of your linked properties. Click on a property to manage its settings.

• In property details you’ll be able to manage the general settings of the property. Like its name and type, as well as its reservation info and its location info. Here its quite important that you define your property location in "Property Location Info" With the link at the bottom of the section. 

• In rental details you’ll be able to create a renting space and define rate prices. Click on "Create space" to create a new space.

• From there you can define the space settings, like the name of the space, its max capacity and availability; its rate settings, like rate price and type; and the extras settings, where you’ll be able to add the extras we created before.

• In Amenities you’ll be able to add the previously created amenities to the offer.

• In "Location" you'll be able to see the location of your property on a map, based on the latitude and longitude that you previously defined in "Property Location Info"

• And finally, in the calendar you can create reservations or block dates.
