The module administration page is reached via the ‘Configure’ button on the modules page.
Here we set the modules general settings.
1. General Settings
1.1 Use Customer Service: Set whether the Prestashop customer service system will be used.
1.1.1 Using Customer Service Option
Customer Service Account: The customer service email address you wish to use.
BCC Email: BCC email address. A copy of the email will be blind copied to this address.
1.1.2 Not Using Customer Service
Email Address: This is the email address where quotation requests will be sent.
Email Contact Name: Name of contact that will appear in the email <To> field.
1.2 Display Get Quote Label: Display the Get Quote label in product lists.
1.3 Auto Enable New Products: Automatically enable new products as quotable items.
NB. *The below options are Theme dependent.
1.4 *Hide Add To Cart: Attempt to hide the add to cart button on product lists and product page.
1.5 *Hide Price: Attempt to hide the price on product lists and product page. .
1.6 Email Request To Admin: Send a copy of the quotation request email to the customer service email defined above.
1.7 Quote Valid For: The default number of days a quotation is valid for.
1.8 Customer Groups: Enable the customer groups quotations will be available for.
1.9 Allow quotation requests without products: This will allow a quotation request to be sent without any products in the cart. Useful if you would like the customer to just fill in your form with sufficient information from which to quote.
1.10 Default Owner: Set the default employee owner for a quotation request created in the back office.
2. Quotation Cart Settings
2.1 Multiple product quotes: When enabled multiple products can be added to a quotation cart. When disabled only single product quotes will be possible, and the quotation cart will be disabled.
2.2 Show Add To Cart Popup: Show a popup summary dialog when a product is added to the cart.
2.3 Customer Redirect: How to redirect the customer after requesting a quote.
2.4 Check Product Available: When enabled will check that a product is available for ordering before accepting the quotation request.
2.5 Enable Quote Cart Dropdown: Enables a dropdown menu showing the cart contents when the cart is clicked, where customers can delete the contents directly.
3. Shopping Cart Settings
3.1 Request Quote From Cart: Add a request quote option to the shopping cart, this will create a quote request from the cart contents.
3.2 Cart Summary Download PDF: Download a PDF quotation copy of the cart contents.
3.3 Allow Cart Modifications: Allow a cart to be modified after adding a quotation to the cart from the customer account.
3.4 Convert Shopping Cart To Quote: If a customer logs into their account the contents of the cart will be added to the quotation cart.
4. Quotation Order Settings
4.1 Default Carrier: Set a default carrier that should be added to a quotation request.
4.2 Include handling costs in shipping total: Include the quotation handling cost in the shipping total when provided (NB. Disable the Add Handling option in the carrier preferences).
4.3 Restrict Checkout Carriers: Restrict carriers during checkout to carrier assigned to the quotation.
NB. Uses an override on the Carrier class.
5. Quotation Form Settings
5.1 Enable Fast Response: When enabled a faster response will be returned to the user when submitting the quote. Emails will be sent asynchronously.
5.2 Enable File Uploads: Allow customer to attach a file to upload with quotation request.
5.3 Use ReCAPTCHA: Enable Google ReCAPTCHA on the quotation request form.
5.4 Select ReCAPTCHA: Type: Select the type of recaptcha to use.
5.4.1 ReCAPTCHA v2 (Checkbox)
5.4.2 ReCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible)
5.4.3 ReCAPTCHA v3 – This type is required to the the Fast Response option above.
6. Email/ PDF Settings
6.1 Enable Email/PDF Editor: Enable the PDF and email editor templates (NB. This will use new templates incompatible with the previous templates, including any template overrides you have created).
6.2 Quotation Request PDF Template: Select the Quotation Request PDF template.
6.3 Customer Quotation PDF Template: Select the Customer Quotation PDF template.
7. Security Settings
7.1 Assign Quotations: Enable options to assign/reassign quotations to employees.
7.2 Assign New Quotations: New quotations are assigned by default owner, only default owner can see new quotations. If no, new quotations will be available to all.
7.3 Default Owner: Assign quotations to this profile by default.
7.4 Employees Only Edit Assigned: Employees can only view and edit assigned quotations.
7.5 Employees can reassign Quotations: Allow employees to reassign quotes. If no, they can only release quotes.
8. Advanced Settings
8.1 Custom Quotations References: Enable customized quotation reference numbers
8.2 Email Templates: Select whether to show all the available email templates in the customer message system, or only the templates created using this module. This is useful if you use another email template designer to create customer email templates.
8.3 Enable Ajax: Enable or disable ajax to process quotation cart changes.
8.4 Enable Javascript Page Changes: When enabled Javascript will be used to try to correctly place page elements
8.5 Highlight Expiring Quotations: Highlight quotations in the quotations list when expiring
8.6 Quote Expiry Alert (days) : Days before expiry to show alert
8.7 Replace zero prices with text: Replace 0 prices with text
8.9 Send emails and PDF with quotation tax setting: Show emails and PDF with quotation tax setting
8.10 0 Stock Orders: Allow 0 stock items on a quotation to be purchased, when Prestashop is configured to disallow out of stock orders.
NB: Uses an override of the Product class
8.11 Use Email Header Tracking: Use alternative method to track emails, and remove
8.12 Product Page Add to Cart Selector: The product page selector used to hide the add to cart button (only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.13 Product Page Price Selector: The product page price selector used to hide the price
(only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.14 Product Page Quantity Selector : The product page selector used to select the quantity field
(only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.15 Product List Item Selector : The product list item selector
(only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.16 Product List Button Block Selector: The product list selector used to locate the element that contains buttons in the product list.

8.17 Product List Add To Cart Selector : The product list selector used to select add to cart button

8.18 Product List Price Selector: The product list selector used to hide the price
(only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.19 Product List Flag Selector: The product list flag selector used to insert the 'Get Quote' flag
(only change for third party themes if the default values do not work)
8.20 Quote cart Navigation Selector: Quote cart nav selector
(for themes that uses JS to relocate the nav bar elements - PS1.7)
8.21 Quote cart Position Selector: Quote cart position selector when moved for small screens
(for themes that uses JS to relocate the nav bar elements - PS1.7)
8.22 Touchspin Layout: Select whether horizontal or vertical touchspin layout
8.23 Show Carriers for all zones: Show all available carriers in quotation editor
(override restrict by country/state zone)
8.24 Use PS Cache Directory for PDF Creation: Change the temporary directory from the standard PHP temp directory to the Prestashop cache directory.
8.25 Debug PDF Render: Display debug information when rendering the PDF
