How to Make Reservations Using the BookE Shopify App

You can make a reservation in the BookE app in under 3 minutes!. Here we'll show you a detailed explanation of the process.

MAKING RESERVATIONS

1. Creating Reservations in Front Office

Step 1:

Select your desired Check-in & check-out date.

Step 2:

Enter the number of adults, children and infants. Click "Check Booking" to continue.

Step 3: Select your Property Rates. Click "Check availability" to continue.

Step 4:

Fulfil the Payment Process. Fill in the customer's Information and fill in the Payment Information.

Step 5: Review your order and you are done!

2. Creating Reservations in Back Office

Step 1:

Go to Reservations. Click Add new entry button.

Step 2:

Fill in the Booking Information.

Step 3:

Click Match Property to find a suitable property.

Step 4:

Select a suitable property. Fill in the booking information. Then click "Check Availability"

Step 5:

Click on "Make Reservations"
