THEME CUSTOMIZATION
You must install Online Store sales channels to customize the booking form in the front office.
Click on Customize button to customize the booking form in the front office
On the Template setting page, you can add Booking and Room info form on Product information or Apps class. Follow the steps below:
1.1. Add Booking/Room Info form
1.1.1. Add Booking on Product information
Step 1: Navigate to the Theme page of Online Store sales channels.
Step 2: Select Customize button.
Step 3: Select the Property which you linked on Catalog > Shopify products on back office.
Step 4: Select Add block button on Product information class.
Step 5: Select Booking on App Blocks.

Step 1: Navigate to the Theme page of Online Store sales channels.
Step 2: Select Customize button.
Step 3: Select the Property which you linked on Catalog > Shopify products on back office.
Step 4: Select Add block button on Apps class.

Click on the eye icon on Booking/Room info row to enable or disable it on the front office.

Click the Booking/Room info form on demo screen, it will display some options. To Remove, click on trash can icon.

ADDING AND LINKING PROPERTIES
2.1. Adding New Properties on Shopify store
There are two solutions to add new products on Shopify store:
- Add product manual by click on Add product button.
- Import product by CSV file.
2.1.1. Adding Properties (Help center)
Step 1: Navigate to the Products tab on the list tab of the Shopify store.
Step 2: Click Add Product button on the top right.
Step 3: Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.
Step 4: Click Save.

2.2. Linking Properties
Step 1: Open BookE Tool.
Step 2: Navigate to Catalog > Shopify Products. This tab will display the product list, including linked and unlinked products.
Step 3: Click Fetch button to fetch Shopify products into BookE tool products.
Step 4: Click the Link button on the product row that you want to link.
The new Property will be added to the property list on the Properties tab if you linked the product successfully.

3.1. Adding Rate Types
Step 1: Navigate to Rates > Rate Types tab.
Step 2: Select Add new rate type button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in required fields and check on the Child rate checkbox if you need.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

3.2. Adding Payment Profiles
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Payment Profiles tab.
Step 2: Select Add Payment Profiles button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in required fields and check on Payment Requests checkbox if you need.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

3.3. Adding Property Areas
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Properties > Property Areas tab.
Step 2: Select Add new property area button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in the Area Name field and enable/disable by checking or unchecking on Enable checkbox.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

3.4. Adding Property Types
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Properties > Property Types tab.
Step 2: Select Add new property type button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in the Type Name field and select Occupancy, Rental Type from the dropdown, enable or disable by checking or unchecking on Enable checkbox.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

3.5. Adding Property Groups
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Properties > Property Groups tab.
Step 2: Select Add new property group button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in the Group name field.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

3.6. Adding Property Extras
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Properties > Property Extras tab.
Step 2: Select Add new property extra button, and a form will display.
Step 3: Fill in all required fields and check on some checkboxes if you need them for Property Extra.
Step 4: Click the Save button.

EDITING PROPERTIES
Step 1: Navigate to Properties > Properties tab.
Step 2: Click the Edit button on the Property row that you want to edit.
Step 3: Navigate to tabs (Rental details, Property details, etc.) that contain information you want to replace.

MAKE RESERVATIONS
- Customers can make reservations in Front Office.
- The administration can make reservations both in Front Office and Back Office.

Step 1: Click Add new entry button.
Step 2: Fill in the Booking Information.
Step 3: Click Search button to find a suitable property.
Step 4: Select a suitable property, it will display calendar to view and select chẹck-in, check-out time.
