Answer: ToolE can sync product price from Shopify to Amazon when the “Sync product price to Amazon” setting is enabled. Available for all paid plans.

Price sync is not enabled
If the setting is off, Shopify price changes won’t be pushed to Amazon.
What to do: In ToolE, enable Sync product price to Amazon in Product Settings (and confirm it’s enabled for the correct marketplace if you use per-market settings).
Marketplace override differs from global settings
You may have a global setting on, but a specific marketplace override off (or vice versa).
What to do: Verify the setting at both the connection/global level and the marketplace-specific level.
